Who is chair Yoga for?

Not everyone can get up and down off the floor easily making traditional yoga classes difficult. If you have physical limitations or health issues this might be the ideal class for you. With the help of a chair anyone can practice yoga with the benefits of increased circulation, balance, flexibility, mobility, strength and more.

We spend a fair amount of the time exercising in a seated position in the chairs but if possible, we also do exercises standing, using the chairs for support. The exercises can be adjusted for individual needs and we move at a comfortable pace. Looking forward to seeing you in class!
