Open to all levels of Yoga experience, however the energy level is between moderate to vigorous. Class incorporates Asana, pranayama (breath work) and deep relaxation.

This Monday evening class is open to all levels of Yoga experience and beginners are welcome, however the energy level is between moderate to vigorous and so if you need a gentle to moderate class try the 9am on Wednesdays, or the gentle and beginners' class on Saturdays at 10:30am. The Saturday 10:30am is especially designed for beginners.

Join in for a physical, spiritual, energetic and fun workout! 

Class incorporates Asana, pranayama (breath work) and deep relaxation. Evening class fee: $15 drop-in and $13 with a class card.
