This Wednesday class is open to all levels and beginners are welcome. The energy level is between gentle to moderate, if you know you need a really gentle class and or is a beginner, the Saturday class at 10:30 is especially for beginners and a truly gentle class. Classes incorporates Asana, pranayama (breath work) and deep relaxation.
$Price 12 drop-in and $100 for a 10 class card.
