Holistic Vinyasa Thursdays 4: 00 - 5:00 pm

Join Luke for a flow-based class with a focus on building strong, steady, fluid fitness. A dynamic sequence of poses will challenge students to draw on both inner and outer strength as we explore both challenging and familiar postures in invigorating and mindfully designed sequences. Warm-ups and cool-downs lead students in and out of the flow so that you leave class feeling not only strengthened but refreshed. This class is approachable for most levels but can be challenging at times, so is best suited for students with some yoga or other fitness experience. 

Find Your Fire Flow Thursdays 5:30 - 6:30 pm 

In this class, students move through a creative fusion of vinyasa and Kripalu-style Hatha sequences -- strong flows culminate in deep releases, and the deeper openings intuitively transition back into strong flows. This class’s dynamic sequences aim to revitalize the mind-body connection while building a holistic strength that will revitalize students both on and off the mat. Modifications and options are offered for more challenging sections, making this suited for intermediate practitioners while offering challenges for more advanced yogis. 

$12 drop-in, $10 member pricing.

Luke has been practicing yoga for seven years and teaching for two. After spending a year teaching English in Taiwan, he did a month-long intensive at the Kripalu Institute, a holistic style that stresses compassion and inclusiveness. As a teacher, he explores these themes across various styles: whether it’s a slow, mindful deep stretch class, or fiery fast-paced athletic Vinyasa. He's excited to continue his yoga education this year through further training with Kripalu, and deeply enjoys sharing his passion for yoga with others.

He loves reading great books, biking in beautiful places, and meeting new people.
