Kellie Campbell appointed to Commission on Women

MONTPELIER — The Senate Committee on Committees has appointed Kellie B. Campbell, of Georgia, to serve on the Vermont Commission on Women. Campbell is an associate director in IT for Saint Michael’s College, and directs hybrid and online programs for the Accelerated Summer College. “We live in an era where our roles of advocacy cannot just be our voices, but our actions through policy and change. Strides have been made, but more work faces us. The chance to carry this work out in my home state, where I was born and raised, is very exciting,” said Campbell. The Vermont Commission on Women  is a nonpartisan state agency working to advance rights and opportunities for women and girls.
