In accordance with the Judgment Order and Decree of Foreclosure entered March 21, 2018 in the above captioned action brought to foreclose that certain mortgage given by Marjorie W. Johnston and Kamberleigh Johnston to Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, Inc., dated August 28, 2003 and recorded in Book 466 Page 652 of the land records of the Town of Rutland, of which mortgage the Plaintiff is the present holder, by virtue of merger from Wells Fargo Home Mortgage to Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. for breach of the conditions of said mortgage and for the purpose of foreclosing the same will be sold at Public Auction at 50 Pine Street, Rutland, Vermont on June 5, 2019 at 2:00 PM all and singular the premises described in said mortgage, To wit: Land referred to in this commitment is described as all that certain property situated in RUTLAND in the County of RUTLAND and state of VT and being described In a deed dated May- 19-2000 and recorded May 22, 2000 among the land records of the County and state set forth above, and referenced as follows: Book 399 and Page 546. A certain place of land in the City of Rutland in the County of Rutland and State of Vermont described as follows: Beginning in the East line of Pine Street at the southwest corner of land formerly of J. C. Edwards and wife. and running thence easterly along the South line of said land of said Edwards and wife, about one hundred twelve (112) feet to the southeast corner thereof and to land formerly of Coolidge; thence southerly along the west line of said land formerly of Coolidge about thirty five (35) feet to e point half way between said land of said Edwards and wife and land formerly of George Willis; thence westerly about one hundred twelve (112) feet to a point in the east line of Pine Street half way between said land of said Edwards and wife and land formerly of said Willis and thence northerly in the east line of Pine Street about thirty five (35) feet to the place of beginning. Tax 1.D. Number: 10-B007 Reference is hereby made to the above instruments and to the records and references contained therein in further aid of this description. Terms of sale: Said premises will be sold and conveyed subject to all liens, encumbrances, unpaid taxes, tax titles, municipal liens and assessments, if any, which take precedence over the said mortgage above described.
