This week’s People & Places features Pine Hill Partnership volunteers creating a new skills track at Pine Hill Park in Rutland. “It’s like a playground for bicycles,” volunteer Bryan Sell said last Tuesday when the small crew of five were working. The area features a condensed version of all Pine Hill’s features just a few pedals from the parking lot: a bump and rhythm section, a wooden ladder drop and berms. A few odds and ends were still to be completed but Sell said the course is rideable.
