I know this about New York. But I always wondered why there is no .5 (Five) deposit on Wine bottles in Vermont my self. I Flippantly think, perhaps the deposit bill in thye first place was introduced by a Wine Drinker??? HAHAHAHAHA !!

People want better Cell phone coverage. A lot of people have low or no service like me in Forestdale, Brandon. But when a proposal to put a tower here or there the NIMBY'S rule out. But would they oppose a wind turbine???
